We are seeking to recruit a pharmacist manager to work at our very busy Health Centre Pharmacy.

The ideal candidate must have excellent clinical skills, who can communicate with customers, GP’s and other healthcare professionals and manage a team to provide the best pharmacy service possible and develop our business.

The pharmacy is equipped with a dispensing robot and is fully staffed to best provide a stable professional service to the local community. The layout is modern (recent shop re-fit) with the company striving on upskilling staff and creating an enjoyable working environment. The pharmacy will be run with two pharmacists from 8am- 5pm. This is a great opportunity for someone to stamp their professional mark on the business and develop the pharmacy further. We have an excellent rapport with the surgery and this serves dividend in handling queries and creating new ideas. We run a structured pre-reg pharmacist training programme and you will be given the opportunity to become a tutor.

As a part of the new 5-year CPCF deal, we are looking for the candidate to make the most of the services available to us and capitalise on the opportunities offered. We are also looking for the candidate to attend local LPC events and engage with other local bodies to release private services. We have clear KPI’s – Rx items, OTC Sales, Murs & NMS, other pharmacy services income, & EPS nominations. We will reward you on a quarterly basis if markers are achieved. Furthermore, we are offering a % commission of all services which again will be paid on a quarterly basis.

• Pharmacy Degree MPharm ( you must be a qualified UK registered pharmacist )
• Registered with GPhC
• Good understanding of Community Pharmacy and it’s framework
• MUR accredited
• Flu Vaccine accredited
• 3 Years Qualified
• Post Qualification Management Experience
