Working Hours: 40 or 44
Salary: £50,000 plus up to £10,000 bonuses

Role: Pharmacist Manager Responsibilities:
∙ Plan and organise daily, weekly and monthly tasks and ensure smooth running of the Pharmacy on a day to day basis.
Grow the business with regards to Prescription volume, Services and OTC sales
∙ Provide all nationally and locally commissioned NHS services and bid for any new service that is commissioned in the future
∙ Comply with GPhC and NHS England regulatory requirements in all aspects of the Pharmacy
∙ Build and maintain a good rapport with local surgeries and the LPC
.Improve overall profitability of the business
.Train and support the pre‐registration pharmacist as a designated supervisor
Hours: Ideally 44hrs per week.
May consider 40 hours per week.
Holidays: 30 days including bank holidays
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience and number of hours.
